Teach the craft
Women learn the basics of ginger fermentation, hygiene, safe handling, flavouring, bottling and storage.
NGO Session
Brew It Forward teaches women how to ferment, bottle and present ginger probiotic drinks. They create the produce, we sell it, and the money from those sales goes back to them.
Why it matters
The project is simple on purpose: teach women fermentation in a way they can actually use, help them create a real bottled product, then put Brew It Forward's selling system behind that product.
The women are not just posing beside the brand. They are learning the process behind the bottle: clean preparation, consistent measurement, flavour balance, safe bottling and presentation.
Once the produce is ready, Brew It Forward helps sell it. The money from those sales is returned to the women who made it, turning a community session into a practical earning loop.
The model
This one session connects training with an outcome people can buy, so the work is visible, useful and directly tied to the makers.
Women learn the basics of ginger fermentation, hygiene, safe handling, flavouring, bottling and storage.
The batch is made by the women themselves, turning the session into practical food-enterprise training.
Brew It Forward handles the brand, selling, customer trust and delivery around the finished bottles.
The sale money from their produce goes back to the women who created it, so the skill has immediate value.

Buy into the loop
When customers buy produce made through this program, they support women learning a food skill, creating a product and earning from what they made.
